When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Our goal is to have in-stock products delivered within 24 hours of order placement. While this is our goal, there are many issues that may cause a delay in this shipment (e.g. weather or other circumstances beyond our control). If a delivery is delayed, our team will attempt to contact you to inform you of any issues.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for exchange only if there is a material product defect and we are notified within 48 hours of you receiving your products. We do not offer any refunds on any of our hemp products because they are consumables. If there is a problem with any product (hemp or hardware) you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product or we will not be able to know if it was stored correctly or broken after delivery. In some cases we may offer a store credit, if we deem it appropriate.
You should expect to receive your exchange within 15 days of returning your package to us; however, in many cases you will receive the exchange more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes to exchange the product per your request.
Items damaged by misuse or improper care are not covered by our warranty policy.
All returns must include full original sealed packaging, any accessories, and all documents.
All returns are subject to case by case exceptions. Please contact us if you are having a problem with a product purchased from SERVD Distribution, LLC and we will do our best to assist you.
